Meet your facilitators

Jasia is an herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and circle & ceremonial facilitator.

Her wellness journey began over a decade ago, when she experienced first hand the healing power of herbs. Since then, her path has led her to explore and study many different alternative healing modalities.

Jasia is inspired to guide others toward true wellness. She has studied under a number of wise teachers in the realms of herbalism, flower essences, and birth; and loves sharing what she’s learned with others. She has been leading group circles for over 5 years, and believes in the power of gathering together in community for a shared experience, as well as the importance of feeling supported and witnessed on your unique life path.

Jasia is the owner of Folk Alchemy, offering herbal consultations, apothecary goods, women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, birth classes, and birth & postpartum ceremonies.

Meet Kimberly, a mother, wife, sister, daughter, homesteader, movement artist and modern hippie.

She has been consciously practicing yoga since 2011; formally training for her 200 RYT to completion in 2016. Since then, she has completed certification with Trauma Informed Yoga through Street Yoga out of Seattle, Restorative Yoga with Chanti Tacoronte- Perez out of New Mexico, Kid/Teen Yoga with Challenge to Change in Dubuque, as well as energy work training through Reiki mastership, completing her 300+ hrs with Yoga Alliance.

Kimberly teaches Goat Yoga at Coco’s Ranch, Mindful Movement at Heartland Yoga, Trauma Support Yoga at the Linn County Juvenile Detention Center, and Restorative Yoga at shelters, recovery centers, schools, and youth services.

Kimberly continues to grow with the Accessible Yoga community to carry equitability and create spaces for vulnerability, transparency and honesty of the practice to unfold. She playfully connects to all things living; earth, bugs, plants, animals, and humans alike caring for their health and prosperity. She intends to be an instrument of awareness to all things with mindfulness to create safety and sustainability.
