Meet your facilitators
Jasia is an herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and circle & ceremonial facilitator.
Her wellness journey began over a decade ago, when she experienced first hand the healing power of herbs. Since then, her path has led her to explore and study many different alternative healing modalities.
Jasia is inspired to guide others toward true wellness. She has studied under a number of wise teachers in the realms of herbalism, flower essences, and birth; and loves sharing what she’s learned with others. She has been leading group circles for over 5 years, and believes in the power of gathering together in community for a shared experience, as well as the importance of feeling supported and witnessed on your unique life path.
Jasia is the owner of Folk Alchemy, offering herbal consultations, apothecary goods, women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, birth classes, and birth & postpartum ceremonies.

Kimberly continues to grow with the Accessible Yoga community to carry equitability and create spaces for vulnerability, transparency and honesty of the practice to unfold. She playfully connects to all things living; earth, bugs, plants, animals, and humans alike caring for their health and prosperity. She intends to be an instrument of awareness to all things with mindfulness to create safety and sustainability.
