Cancellation Policy

All of our llama experiences including special events are non-refundable with the exception of owner cancellation

In case of owner cancellation for any reason you will be fully refunded

If you find someone to transfer your tickets to please send us an email with the transer phone number and email address.

Weather

Please review the FAQ regarding weather.

Events are typically on rain or shine, but you will be notified as soon as possible if there are changes

You will receive a full refund, or rescheduled to a future time slot in case of owner cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances

if you need to reschedule your experience that incldues Selfies & snuggles farm visit or llama hikes there is a $50 rescheduling fee

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value and expire 1 year from issue date
