What to Expect
Your experience begins at the farm with a quick llama introduction and training session.
Then, we’ll head out on a 45-minute guided hike—llama companion included!
Distance & Terrain
Enjoy a scenic 1.2-mile hike on wide, mowed trails that wind through:
A forest reserve
Tall grass prairie
A charming creek crossing
A beautiful cedar grove
Expect two moderate inclines and plenty of stops for photos and llama snack breaks
What to Bring & Wear
Closed-toe shoes (required)
Long pants (strongly recommended)
Water bottle

We keep a close eye on conditions. Hikes may be canceled or rescheduled due to:
Excessive heat
Snow or ice
Lightning
High winds

on sale 3/4 at noon with a preview of the schedule available one week before
rates
$40 1 hiker + 1 llama
$55 2 hikers + 1 llama
all hikers must be age 10 or older, if younger than 10 please inquiry about private group hike which is all ages
add a second hiker to share a llama at $15 (no more than two people for one llama)
all public hikes are pre-scheduled to check for openings click the link below
*you will be randomly assigned a llama and we are not able to take specific llama requests for public group hikes

Rates:
Rates start at $150 for two hikers + 2 llamas
additional hikers can be added at $40 per 1 person + 1 llama (up to 9 llamas)
You also have the option to add additional hikers without a llama at $15 per person
private hikes can accommodate larger groups, but only 9 llamas are available to hike
